Refund Policy
Re-schedules accepted anytime. Cancellations accepted no less than 24 hours before the appointment. There is a two-hour minimum charge for no shows. Agreements for recurring cleaning are non-refundable. Cancellations are charged at 50% of the total invoice amount for a cleaning job notwithstanding a Service Agreement is in place.
